The Subcontractor Portal gives subcontractors transparent insight into their operations as well as simple documentation and billing.
1. Activate the Subcontractor Portal
Master Data > Subcontractors
Open the desired subcontractor.
Activate Subcontractor Portal & copy the generated link.
2. Send the Link to the Subcontractor
Share the link with the subcontractor via email or messenger.
The subcontractor can log in via the link and view their operation planning.
3. View & Document Operations
The subcontractor sees all planned operations, times & services in the portal.
Operations can be carried out & documented with a service receipt.
4. Service Receipts as Proof
The subcontractor can have the services performed confirmed:
On site via the Mendato Operations app
Alternatively: the customer signs digitally via the Customer Portal
