If your company has stored tasks for order services, you will see them as a checklist in your operations. You can check them off directly in the Mendato Operations App.
Tasks are, for example, "Empty the trash bins", "Clean the mirrors", or "Mop the floor" – in other words, specific activities that should be completed during an operation.
Find Tasks in an Operation
Where? → Mendato Operations App → Planned Operation → "Tasks" section
Open your planned operation in the app.
Scroll to the Tasks section. There you will see a progress bar for each service (e.g. "3 / 10 done").
Tap the section to open the full task list.
Check Off Tasks
Tap the checkbox next to a task.
The task is marked as done immediately – no confirmation dialog needed.
Completed tasks are shown crossed out.
Resetting a task: Tap the checkbox of a completed task again to mark it as open.
Check Off All Tasks at Once
Using the "Check All" button in the header area, you can check off or reset all tasks in a section at once.
How it works:
If less than half of the tasks are done → all of them are checked off.
If more than half of the tasks are done → all of them are reset.
Room-Specific Tasks
Some tasks are assigned to individual rooms (e.g. "Mop the floor" in "Office ground floor", "Restrooms 2nd floor", etc.). In this case, each room is displayed as a separate card.
How it works:
Each room shows its name, floor, and building.
Below each room, you will see the associated tasks with a progress indicator (e.g. "2 / 5 done").
Check off the tasks individually per room.
Here, too, there is a "Check All" button per room.
💡 Tip: If you mark all rooms of a task as done, the task as a whole is automatically marked as done.
