Capture Photos & Documentation in Mendato Operations
Photos and comments can be created during an active operation or uploaded later in the completed operation.
Capture Photos & Comments During an Operation
Where? → Mendato Operations App > Planned Operation > Comment Section
Step by Step:
Start the Operation → Select the planned operation & tap “Start Operation”.
Scroll Down → In the comment section, you can add photos & notes.
Take or Upload Photos:
Take a photo directly with the camera.
Upload existing photos from the gallery.
Add a Comment → If an explanation is needed, you can write a note to go with it.
Note the Limit → A comment can only contain a limited number of photos. If you need more photos, create another comment with additional photos.
Save & Complete the Operation → All uploaded photos & comments remain saved in the operation.
💡 Tip: The photos are used not only as proof but also to protect employees in case a customer makes an accusation against an employee.
