In this article you learn how to create a maintenance cleaning order — such as a household cleaning — and have a digital work receipt countersigned at the end.

Step 1: Create the Order

  1. Start the order: Select a customer and an object.

  2. Set the start date: Start from this month and click "Next".

Step 2: Add Services

  1. Select household cleaning: Add the service "Household cleaning".

  2. Billing: If no further services are required, proceed to billing.

Step 3: Define Billing

  1. Service: Set "Household cleaning" to one-time monthly billing.

  2. Journey: Add the journey per operation and group it.

  3. Material usage: Define material usage with a flat rate of 50 euros.

Step 4: Create Shifts

  1. Create shift: Select the services and set the start date.

  2. Set time: For example, Fridays from 10:00 to 12:30.

  3. Service receipt: Enable automatic creation of the service receipt.

Step 5: Add Employees

  1. Select employee: Add an employee and specify when they are available.

  2. Shift assignment: Confirm the employee's assignment to the shift.
